About the role

  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day execution of creator programs
  • Work with a team of experts on creator sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform creator brand integrations
  • Support specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media
  • Manage creator partnerships from proposal to management and reporting through final invoice payment
  • Assist in campaign execution from start to finish including creator identification, outreach and negotiation, management of deliverables, and campaign reporting
  • Lead executional tactics for offline / online activations with creators
  • Actively source opportunities for creator programming with existing clients and provide strategic recommendations on how creators can amplify current and future initiatives
  • Participate in agency billing and invoicing procedures
  • Support all influencer contracts, payments and POs
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, hard-working, team spirit focused on serving the team and the needs of the client
  • Contribute to program recaps and reporting
  • Stay informed about social and cultural trends relevant to influencer and content creator landscapes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant full-time experience in Digital, Content, or Brand Marketing including social media and community management
  • Passion for creator marketing and its evolving landscape
  • Interest in and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers/content creators, agents, and managers
  • Understanding and knowledge of popular social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Twitter/X
  • Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Have exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts (junior staff, peers, and senior staff)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively across clients by efficiently prioritizing tasks and completing multiple items under deadline
  • Are a communicative and proactive self-starter who takes initiative in their work
  • 1 or more years within creator-specific marketing, including identification of creators, managing creator programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion and reporting
  • Past experience working with tech or financial services clients, or have interest in working with tech and financial services clients
  • Have proven experience in overseeing the quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
  • Experience working with multiple tiers of influencers and supporting programs across multiple digital channels
  • Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and guidelines
  • Experience driving influencer partnership negotiations using language that bridges the gap between brand goals and influencers requirements
  • Basic understanding of metrics, ability to gather/build metrics decks, and basic knowledge of additional measurement tactics to demonstrate success of programming
  • Have identified and planned against KPIs and goals for campaigns
