Requirements
5–7 years of experience in HR process design, policy documentation, or HR transformation, ideally in a global product company or multinational capability center.
Proven ability to deliver structured, high-quality documentation on policies and processes.
Familiarity with Workday HRIS, employee self-service models, knowledge management systems, and AI chatbots enabled with Workday.
Experience working across multiple countries, balancing global standards with local adaptations.
