About the role

  • Develop and execute a global SDR roadmap aligned with long-term ARR targets and GTM strategy.
  • Own the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle; implement sophisticated forecasting to ensure consistent, high-quality pipeline for the AE org.
  • Optimize the sales tech stack (AI, CRM, Intent data) to maximize efficiency and decrease Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to launch new verticals, refine messaging, and ensure seamless lead transitions.
  • Scale a multi-tier leadership structure and oversee the "SDR-to-AE" career path to sustain internal talent pipelines.
  • Present key performance metrics, conversion trends, and ROI analysis to the Board and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales/SDR roles, with 6+ years managing Managers and Directors
  • Proven track record of scaling global teams in high-growth environments
  • Ability to translate raw data into actionable GTM strategies and board-level narratives
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and modern outbound orchestration tools
  • A results-oriented leader focused on high-velocity revenue growth and culture building.
