About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working cross-functionally across engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Helping define and prioritize improvements across installation, setup, onboarding, usability, and ongoing operational workflows.
Partnering with engineering and design to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Identifying friction points in the user journey and driving solutions that improve adoption, time to value, and ongoing usability.
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the experience is reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
Supporting product launches by working with product marketing and enablement to prepare internal teams for new capabilities.
Bringing a curious, practical, and collaborative approach to solving customer and platform challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a product manager or in a closely related role working on software products.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to break down complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable product requirements.
Customer focus and an interest in improving onboarding, usability, and operational experiences.
Solid understanding of product management fundamentals and modern software development processes.
