Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for EDB Postgres AI capabilities, including positioning, messaging, adoption programs, and product launches
Own end-to-end GTM strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and enablement
Be the expert on target personas and their journeys and craft tailored messaging for technical and business audiences
Plan and execute high-impact product launches in partnership with product management, marketing, and cross-functional teams
Ensure internal readiness and drive external awareness
Empower field teams through sales enablement to engage effectively with prospects and customers
Shape how EDB’s data and AI platform is perceived and adopted in the database market
Requirements
6+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role in an enterprise technology organization, preferably with a focus on database, analytics, and AI products
Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies with measurable business impact
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why”
Prior experience marketing to a mix of technical and business audiences
Experience in the database, analytics, and/or AI sectors (preferred)
Understanding of PostgreSQL (preferred)
Track record at high growth companies and building new programs from zero to one (preferred)
Comfort working in a cross-functional role with global stakeholders (preferred)
Must be based in the United States (position is 100% remote for US candidates)
