Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities across key industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Public Sector and manage them from lead to closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities with a focus on driving customer value.
Partner with Commercial and Enterprise AEs to seamlessly transition accounts that grow beyond the mid-market segment or require strategic support.
Deliver a consultative sales experience, helping customers understand how EDB’s Postgres-powered data platform supports AI-driven analytics, sovereignty, and scale.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and opportunity details in Salesforce and other SaaS tools to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
2+ years in an SDR, Inside Sales, AE, or Business Development role, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing the full sales cycle.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, or similar CRM tools.
Highly motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
