About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the IT support team in daily operations (1st & 2nd level support)
- Receive and handle support requests via email and ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Document IT processes and support cases
- Participate in internal IT projects and rollouts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Interest in networking technologies, cloud services, and IT security
- First experience in IT support is an advantage but not required
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
