About the role
- As a (Junior) Sales Development Manager at ecoworks you will be responsible for client acquisition within a defined regional customer base:
- Proactively approach potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate appointments
- Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities
- Provide product advice and presentations focused on residential and real-estate industry solutions to generate lasting enthusiasm for ecoworks offerings
- Produce initial, standardized site analyses and project cost estimates to assess technical feasibility using our specialized software
- Provide detailed profiles of project inquiries and key insights to the Pre-Construction Team to ensure smooth handovers and successful conversion
- Use and maintain existing CRM tools (HubSpot) for identifying and documenting prospects
- Develop multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and align stakeholders with the benefits of serial renovation
- Participate in industry-relevant trade shows and events
- Build market knowledge about trends, competitor strategies, and innovations as well as deepen product and sector expertise, and continuously exchange experience with team members for ongoing improvement and mutual support
Requirements
- You have training or a degree related to real estate or construction — however, what matters more to us is several years of solid professional experience in the residential, real estate, or construction sector
- Ideally, you have prior experience in sales or direct customer communication
- Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or customer relationship management are an advantage
- You enjoy working cross-functionally
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, enjoy networking, and have a solution-oriented mindset
- You work in a structured, independent manner and apply your analytical skills effectively
- You are willing to travel nationwide and are ideally based in one of our core regions in the South (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria) or West (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, or Rhineland-Palatinate)
- You are fluent in German at a native level
