About the role

  • You develop new features for our Flutter app with a focus on clean code and modern architecture
  • You implement tests according to our testing guidelines
  • When necessary, you identify and fix bugs in our Flutter app
  • You continuously improve the user experience through detail-oriented UX design
  • You create and continuously update our technical documentation (our app is a Class I medical device)
  • You coordinate small development projects within the app team and act as a sparring partner for other Flutter developers
  • You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines to automate and accelerate the release process
  • You create and maintain automated tests (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests) to ensure the quality and stability of our app
  • You work closely with our QA team to align manual and automated testing optimally

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Flutter developer (Must-have)
  • Experience with version control (Must-have)
  • Willingness to take on responsibility within the development team (Must-have)
  • German at least C1, English at least B1 (Must-have)
  • Experience with CI/CD (Must-have)
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence (Nice-to-have)
