About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer working in an Agile environment
- Six plus (6+) years experience building enterprise grade software
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven, continuous integration and deployment environment
- Strong proficiency in PHP, RESTful APIs, relational databases
- In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with PHP frameworks, and VCS like Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with design patterns and architectural principles
- Knowledge and experience with .NET (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with React (preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) (preferred)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) (preferred)
