About the role
- Responsible for planning, executing, and localizing marketing initiatives across Eastern European markets.
- Ensure strong brand presence, effective retail activations, and measurable business growth in cooperation with sales and channel partners.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail, and do-it-yourself stores.
- Help to manage the company's digital presence, including local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers.
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Create briefings, ensure high-quality project management and reporting.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Communication-oriented collaboration style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with common marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish) is a strong advantage
