About the role

  • Implement the global marketing plan at the local level.
  • Edit and improve company and product materials.
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support customer and retailer relations ( e.g. content creation, traffic campaigns, special deals).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute diverse campaigns ( e.g. product launches, promotional events).
  • Coordinate PR activities and supervise communications content ( e.g. press releases, publications, social media posts).
  • Organize and manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) projects to ensure effective in-store brand visibility.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for trade shows to enhance brand presence and sales team readiness.
  • Coordinate and support brand events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations for communication strategies.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired.
  • Experience as a PR/ Communications/ Marketing Assistant or similar role.
  • Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies.
  • Experience working with key retailer partners in the Italian market.
  • Experience executing POSM projects in store.
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal relationship skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent English and Italian language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software ( e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Creative profile and strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Project management skills, effective coordination of available resources.
  • Great ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Motivated and proactive, willing to assume the challenge of developing the brand locally.
