Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and creative adaptation to implementation and performance tracking.
Develop and coordinate production of POS materials, displays, and merchandising tools to ensure consistent brand identity and maximum shopper engagement.
Audit in-store execution and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Align with channel partners and distributors to co-create joint marketing plans.
Support sales teams with retail presentations, sell-in tools, and activation proposals.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Monitor retail trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities in the European market.
Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across countries.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Communication-oriented collaboration style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with common marketing tools
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Business Fluency in French & English is a must-have. Any other languages are a plus
