About the role
- Develop and secure business with Key Accounts and distributors in Technical Superstores Channel
- Develop new business with prospective Key Accounts in Buying Groups Channel
- Increase and improve direct customer relationships with strong presence at all levels
- Prepare weekly reports and monthly forecasts
- Coordinate core marketing activities and monitor sell-through results
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate, and influence effectively
Requirements
- Master/ Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances or IT industry
- Proven background in managing technical superstores, buying groups, and distributors
- Knowledge of complete sales cycle, from planning to sell-out management
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth against business plans
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Native level Italian and fluency in English in written and verbal
