About the role

  • Execute and secure the business plan and sales strategy for the Nordics that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales Northern Europe in setting strategies for the region
  • Continue to develop and maintain business with named Nordic and country specific accounts to achieve targets
  • Keep on strengthening the channel cooperation and management in Nordic, to maintain a long-term partnership
  • New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process
  • Responsible for the capability building in retail, in-store marketing, selling skills and so on

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in channel sales in Consumer Electronics, Garden equipment or Tools
  • Strong relationship with local retailers
  • Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development
  • Excellent understanding in retail management
  • Excellent sense and strong interest in market trend, industry development, AI technology evolvement
  • Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language in verbal and written
