About the role

  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for key consumer electronics retail and DIY accounts in Spain
  • Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts incl. El Corte Inglés, Mediamarkt, PCComponentes, and Fnac
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within DIY chains such as Leroy Merlin, Brico Dépôt, and BriCor
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes
  • Drive new product introductions and coordinate related marketing activities with key accounts
  • Monitor and actively manage sales activities and performance across Spain
  • Ensure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness in the Spanish market
  • Provide regular market and account analysis to support strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in consumer electronics or home improvement sectors
  • Proven track record of working with Spanish retail and/or DIY chains
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently from a home office
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel within Spain as needed
