Own and drive sales growth in Poland’s DIY and home improvement market, ensuring achievement of business development and revenue targets
Develop and execute the Polish channel strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives — covering all key channels such as national DIY chains, distributors, and independent dealers
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with major DIY chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, Bricomarché, Bricoman, PSB Mrówka), ensuring mutual growth and high customer satisfaction
Identify and open new accounts in areas or chains where the company has not yet established presence
Lead channel and product planning, including assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies tailored to the Polish market
Plan and execute quarterly and annual sales plans, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales and channel activities
Support capability building in retail excellence, in-store marketing, and sales effectiveness to strengthen overall channel performance
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience within one or more leading DIY retail chains in Poland (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, Bricomarché, Bricoman, or PSB Mrówka)
Solid understanding of the Polish DIY and home improvement market, including key players, trends, and category dynamics
Proven experience in new business development, with a track record of driving growth and building strong customer relationships
Strong commercial and analytical mindset – able to translate data and insights into effective sales strategies
Hands-on and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
Good command of English, both spoken and written; Polish language fluency is assumed
Experience in garden machinery or related product categories is an advantage, but not essential
