Assist in the implementation of regional marketing strategies across the Nordics to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth.
Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and PR) to support brand objectives and product launches.
Work closely with the EMEA marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing activities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Nordics. Provide insights to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
Build and manage relationships with key media, influencers, and local partners to ensure effective PR campaigns and product exposure.
Organize and support local marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and consumer events.
Work with global content teams to ensure that marketing materials are tailored to the Nordics market, aligning with local language, culture, and consumer preferences.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities across the Nordics region, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
5-6 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on the Nordics region.
Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including consumer behavior, cultural differences, and local trends.
Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and digital marketing.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish) is a plus.
Ability to travel frequently within the Nordics region and occasionally to other EMEA locations.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Experience in the tech, consumer electronics, or home appliances industries is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
