About the role

  • Planning and execution of our demanding and diverse projects with a focus on refurbishment and conversion in office, laboratory and clinical environments
  • Preparing tender documents, supporting the award process and supervising construction through to handover to the end user
  • Coordination with other consultants, authorities and project stakeholders
  • Considering economic and technical project objectives
  • Cost and schedule control of ongoing refurbishment and construction projects
  • Assessment of questions relating to structural fire protection
  • Participation in project development (e.g. feasibility checks, cost estimates, preliminary scheduling)
  • Supporting the planning, organization, budgeting and monitoring of renovation and repair measures within facility management

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in the described responsibilities
  • Good proficiency with CAD software (preferably Allplan) and MS Office, as well as experience with a tendering/procurement program (ideally RIB iTWO)
  • Strong interest in modern, digital ways of working
  • Excellent knowledge of currently applicable standards, rules and legislation
  • Very good self-organization and structuring skills
  • Team player with an independent, committed and responsible working style and a professional demeanor
