Engineer

• Management of electrical building projects covering power and low-voltage systems
• Development of concepts and advising clients and building owners
• Performing necessary electrical engineering calculations

Civil Engineer

• Planning and execution of our demanding and diverse projects with a focus on refurbishment and conversion in office, laboratory and clinical environments
• Preparing tender documents, supporting the award process and supervising construction through to handover to the end user
• Coordination with other consultants, authorities and project stakeholders
• Considering economic and technical project objectives
• Cost and schedule control of ongoing refurbishment and construction projects
• Assessment of questions relating to structural fire protection
• Participation in project development (e.g. feasibility checks, cost estimates, preliminary scheduling)
• Supporting the planning, organization, budgeting and monitoring of renovation and repair measures within facility management

Civil Engineer – Architect, Design Phases 6–8

• Design of building services (technical building equipment) and civil engineering structures in outdoor areas
• Overall drainage planning for buildings and open spaces
• Securing water-regulatory permits
• Preparation for and participation in project procurement and tendering
• Advising, coordinating with, and supporting other technical planners
• Responsibility for construction supervision

Diploma Engineer – Specialist Planner, Drainage

• Responsibility for the maintenance and smooth operation of building technology
• Lead, develop and motivate the team
• Plan, control and supervise maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety and quality standards
• Identify and implement innovative optimization measures in technical facility management (concept development, budget planning, etc.)
• This includes technical systems as well as the entire building fabric and external grounds
• Coordinate external service providers and monitor budget planning
• Collaborate with commercial facility management for billing following technical verification
• Digitally document all events (maintenance, repairs) using our FM software
• Serve as the primary technical contact for our building technicians
• Task allocation, work preparation and scheduling

Technical Manager – Facility Management, Building Technology

• Work in teams with colleagues from other trades and coordinate projects with project managers and system planners
• Plan projects from concept through preparation of tender documents (LV creation), construction supervision to acceptance and handover to the client
• Support the commercial management of the project
• Work in discipline- or trade-specific models or in 2D/3D and drive digitalization in planning
• Use the TRIC software for planning
