About the role
- Design of building services (technical building equipment) and civil engineering structures in outdoor areas
- Overall drainage planning for buildings and open spaces
- Securing water-regulatory permits
- Preparation for and participation in project procurement and tendering
- Advising, coordinating with, and supporting other technical planners
- Responsibility for construction supervision
Requirements
- Degree in building services engineering or building energy technology (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master)
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Plancal Nova
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with industry-standard applications such as AVA (tendering/procurement and billing) software
- Confident, courteous and professional demeanor
- Enjoys independent work and demonstrates creativity
- Team player with strong communication skills
