Marketing

• Contribute to both the strategy and execution of our marketing and communications initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team and our engineers on project sites to create engaging video content that showcases our work in decarbonization, engineering, and construction.
• Support research, planning, content development, event planning, and marketing operations while helping bring our projects, people, and impact to life through compelling visual storytelling.
• Review and organize existing video and photo archives to identify strong storytelling opportunities.
• Capture additional footage of projects, teams, and workplace environments as needed.
• Produce short-form video content (approximately 30 –90 seconds) tailored for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Assist in the development of communications plans for key campaigns, project milestones, and corporate initiatives.
• Assist with website content updates, including writing alternative text for images to improve accessibility and SEO.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure visual content aligns with Ecosystem’s brand and messaging.
• Conduct research to support marketing and business development initiatives, including exploring vendors, industry best practices, policy developments, market trends, and competitive positioning in the decarbonization and engineering sectors.

• Participate in energy audits, data analysis, and the design of customized solutions
• Contribute to the development of energy-efficiency measures that address clients’ technical, financial, and environmental challenges
• Conduct on-site technical surveys and collaborate in the development of concepts, plans, and specifications
• Manage energy and financial data, support the construction team, and ensure project outcomes are met throughout the project lifecycle

Business Development Rep

• Establish and maintain a strong customer base by proactively developing the sales funnel and leveraging your network to generate new leads
• Connect regularly with prospects to evaluate their needs and demonstrate how Ecosystem re-works the built environment for greater efficiency and sustainability
• Use a consultative sales approach to develop lasting relationships with executive decision-makers, supporting client retention and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Partner with in-house engineering teams to assess and validate client needs from initial contact through to the full acquisition process
• Coordinate and lead clients’ on-site walk-throughs with in-house engineering experts and customers to align on project scope and opportunities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft timely, high-quality proposals that address client concerns, objectives and meet Ecosystem’s standards
• Develop the go-to-market strategy and execute in partnership with senior leadership
• Work with Marketing and Project Development to enhance Ecosystem’s regional visibility as a results-driven engineering and construction firm
• Monitor client satisfaction through structured feedback at key stages of the client journey
• Use Salesforce to manage client data, track market intelligence, and report on sales performance
