About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Defining and driving the e-archiving product strategy, roadmap and delivery priorities
Translating country-specific legal and compliance requirements into clear product capabilities
Owning discovery with customers, Legal, Operations, Engineering and external partners
Shaping the integration, migration approach, monitoring needs and operational workflows
Prioritizing build vs. partner decisions and making trade-offs transparent
Leading delivery with Engineering while keeping scope focused and outcomes measurable
Establishing product documentation, decision records, and handover material for internal teams
Owning & tracking adoption, quality, reliability, compliance readiness and commercial success after launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in senior product ownership or management roles, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance-heavy, accounting or platform products
A proven ability to structure ambiguous regulatory and complex technical problems into a clear & actionable requirements & roadmaps
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Legal, Operations, and customer-facing teams
A good technical understanding of APIs, data retention policies, auditability, and enterprise-level workflows
A clear communication style combined with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
A strong bias toward pragmatic execution without ever losing sight of long-term product success
Fluency in English
