About the role

  • Your contribution to the strategic development of ecopals
  • Implement innovative asphalt technologies in real-world projects
  • Act as the technical-commercial interface between ecopals, customers and partners
  • Support pilot and customer projects — in the office and on-site
  • Contribute to project planning, asphalt mix designs and technical specifications
  • Analyze CO2 savings and the economic benefits of the solutions

Requirements

  • Ideally a completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (focus on infrastructure/road engineering) and currently enrolled in a Master's program with a business/economics focus
  • Strong technical understanding combined with commercial interest
  • Enjoy customer contact and pragmatic problem-solving
  • Self-motivation, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel
  • English: fluent – German: strong advantage
