About the role
- Support the product management team in the ongoing development of the digital product.
- Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Execute acceptance tests and support quality assurance for new features.
- Analyze user feedback, support tickets and basic KPIs.
- Document product changes and results from tests, meetings or alignments.
- Participate in agile meetings and assist with their preparation and follow-up.
- Gradual professional development through collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
Requirements
- IT training, degree or relevant professional experience – career changers with a technical affinity are welcome.
- Initial experience with agile ways of working or in the context of digital products.
- Structured, communicative and team-oriented working style.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn tools such as Azure.
- Ability to understand technical and operational contexts.
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel tasks.
