About the role
- Central point of contact for our customers.
- Advising new and existing customers on getting started with our software.
- Providing support via email, phone, and in the support forum.
- Explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- Recording customer requests and passing them on to the relevant departments for product improvements.
Requirements
- Passion for e-commerce.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
- Enjoyment in dealing with technical topics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good German language skills and ideally very good English skills.
