About the role
- Lead the brand marketing strategy and operations;
- Coordinate Social Media, Content, Design, CRM and Acquisition efforts in partnership with the respective area leads;
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, activations and the brand calendar;
- Participate in defining and rolling out offers, promotional mechanics and communications;
- Monitor performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention);
- Act as the strategic bridge between marketing, product and operations;
- Ensure adherence to betting-market regulatory guidelines;
- Set priorities and keep the team aligned with the directorate's objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Coordinator
- Mandatory prior experience in iGaming (sports betting, online casino or affiliates)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social, content, CRM and acquisition)
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working in high-demand environments with rapid change and pressure for results
- Owner mindset, high sense of urgency, clear communication and autonomy
- Not required but a plus:
- Experience with already regulated iGaming brands
- Experience with multi-brand operations
- Deep knowledge of retention funnels specific to betting
- Experience managing affiliates, creators or influencers.
