About the role

  • Lead the brand marketing strategy and operations;
  • Coordinate Social Media, Content, Design, CRM and Acquisition efforts in partnership with the respective area leads;
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, activations and the brand calendar;
  • Participate in defining and rolling out offers, promotional mechanics and communications;
  • Monitor performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention);
  • Act as the strategic bridge between marketing, product and operations;
  • Ensure adherence to betting-market regulatory guidelines;
  • Set priorities and keep the team aligned with the directorate's objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Coordinator
  • Mandatory prior experience in iGaming (sports betting, online casino or affiliates)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social, content, CRM and acquisition)
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience working in high-demand environments with rapid change and pressure for results
  • Owner mindset, high sense of urgency, clear communication and autonomy
  • Not required but a plus:
  • Experience with already regulated iGaming brands
  • Experience with multi-brand operations
  • Deep knowledge of retention funnels specific to betting
  • Experience managing affiliates, creators or influencers.
