• Structure operational processes and workflows between Ads, Partnerships and CRM;
• Develop and monitor dashboards, reports and performance indicators;
• Analyze acquisition, retention and monetization metrics;
• Build LTV, payback, ROI analyses and channel-level performance assessments;
• Support the creation and optimization of acquisition and retention funnels;
• Identify bottlenecks, opportunities and areas for operational improvement;
• Ensure visibility of results for management;
• Translate strategies defined by leadership into executable and measurable processes;
• Support prioritization of initiatives based on data;
• Establish controls, monitoring routines and analysis cadences;
• Work cross-functionally with Ads, CRM, Social Media, Design and Partnerships teams;
• Assist in evaluating campaigns, partners, affiliates and acquisition channels;
• Contribute to the development of a performance- and results-oriented culture.
