About the role
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and educators, providing clear and accurate information about school programs and services.
- Assist in the enrollment process by guiding prospective students and their families through application procedures and requirements.
- Maintain and update student records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflected.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for students and their families.
- Handle and resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
