About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on complex technical support, root cause analysis, and process optimization
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to our cloud/archive solutions
- Perform root cause analyses and coordinate cross-departmental adjustments
- Continuously improve our support and operations processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT staff and PACS teams
- Monitor services on internal systems as well as customer systems
- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and support the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 5 years of professional experience in technical customer support (1st & 2nd level)
- Solid practical knowledge of PACS systems, DICOM, HL7, and IHE
- Strong expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL databases
- Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
