About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process with a clear focus on Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, StepStone and other channels.
  • Review applications, conduct phone and Teams interviews, and coordinate the entire interview process.
  • Continuously maintain and optimize the candidate pipeline to ensure fast and timely filling of open positions.
  • Plan and run on-site trial days for finalists to provide a realistic insight into day-to-day work.
  • Support hiring managers with market analyses and salary recommendations.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a respectful and professional application process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • A background in staffing/temp services or high-volume recruiting is explicitly desired.
  • Proven success in direct outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager and StepStone.
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English.
  • Hands-on mentality, high self-initiative and the ability to onboard quickly and work independently.
  • A stable CV (multiple short-term positions under one year in the last 5 years are not a fit for us).
