About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process with a clear focus on Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, StepStone and other channels.
- Review applications, conduct phone and Teams interviews, and coordinate the entire interview process.
- Continuously maintain and optimize the candidate pipeline to ensure fast and timely filling of open positions.
- Plan and run on-site trial days for finalists to provide a realistic insight into day-to-day work.
- Support hiring managers with market analyses and salary recommendations.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a respectful and professional application process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- A background in staffing/temp services or high-volume recruiting is explicitly desired.
- Proven success in direct outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager and StepStone.
- Business-fluent German and fluent English.
- Hands-on mentality, high self-initiative and the ability to onboard quickly and work independently.
- A stable CV (multiple short-term positions under one year in the last 5 years are not a fit for us).
