About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising on the design and implementation of future-proof Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Integrating disparate systems and data sources into an end-to-end solution
- Acting as the interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team
- Supporting users throughout the project lifecycle, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in an IT, business, or technical field
- Solid understanding of or initial professional experience in at least one of the following areas: ECM/DMS platforms (e.g., d.velop), Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, invoice receipt workflows / purchase-to-pay processes, compliance topics (e.g., GDPR, archiving, audit compliance)
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 for customer consulting) and good English language skills (at least B2)
- Analytical, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work independently
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and new technologies
