About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advising on the design and implementation of future-proof Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
Integrating disparate systems and data sources into an end-to-end solution
Acting as the interface between end users, business units, and the implementation team
Supporting users throughout the project lifecycle, conducting tests, documenting solutions, and delivering training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree in an IT, business, or technical field
Solid understanding of or initial professional experience in at least one of the following areas: ECM/DMS platforms (e.g., d.velop), Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, invoice receipt workflows / purchase-to-pay processes, compliance topics (e.g., GDPR, archiving, audit compliance)
Very good German language skills (at least C1 for customer consulting) and good English language skills (at least B2)
Analytical, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work independently
Ability to explain complex topics clearly
Enthusiasm for digitalization and new technologies
