About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Holistic management of high-value corporate clients and acting as a competent strategic partner on equal footing:
  • Independent advisory and strategic development of a defined client portfolio from the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Central expert and point of contact for commercial property, liability, and accident insurance (P&C and accident).
  • Designing, placing, and continuously optimizing tailored insurance solutions and developing bespoke industry-specific programs.
  • Structured support, review, and handling of claims in close coordination with clients and risk carriers.
  • Technical support for field sales during strategic client meetings and annual reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or an equivalent insurance qualification.
  • Solid expertise in commercial property and/or liability insurance, ideally supported by several years of practical experience with an insurance broker or carrier.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and independent working style combined with a strong service mindset.
  • Confident, composed, and professional demeanor when dealing directly with managing directors and decision-makers.
  • Proficient in the MS Office 365 suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook); fluent German at C2 level.
