Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level fluency in German (C2)
- Professional proficiency in English (C1)
- 1+ years of experience in client support or account management
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
