Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or near-native fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
Strong command of English for internal systems and training.
Must either reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Portugal with valid EU working rights.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, managing multiple digital tools, and adapting to new software.

Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes standard summer and winter allowances).
Performance Bonus: Up to €225 gross monthly KPI bonus based on sales targets and quality metrics.
