About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage incoming requests from German-speaking B2B customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help business owners resolve technical challenges related to POS connectivity and payment processing
- Assist users with account administration and billing questions
- Document all client communications and technical problems in CRM
- Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or native-level fluency in German (both written and verbal)
- Solid upper-intermediate (B2) English skills for internal training and communication
- Must already live in Portugal with legal working documents (NIF, CRUE/Residency)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts during standard operating hours
- Comfortable with new software and managing digital tools
