About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of local construction sites, ensuring high standards of quality, transparency, and timely delivery.
Ensure that all executed work strictly aligns with execution plans, specifications, and high-quality standards.
Coordinate daily with on-site subcontractors to proactively prevent bottlenecks, conflicts, and delays.
Monitor daily and weekly on-site workflows to guarantee adherence to the master project schedule.
Conduct weekly on-site walkthroughs and comprehensively document progress with written logs and detailed photo documentation.
Identify, log, and track any defects caused by subcontractors, and monitor deadlines for their remediation.
Manage all protocols and visual documentation digitally using modern project management tools to ensure full transparency of the construction status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification.
3–5 years of solid professional experience in construction management, ideally with a strong focus on building renovation, refurbishment, or structural engineering (Hochbau).
High digital literacy.
Confident use of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) alongside modern project management/control software.
Business-fluent or native-level German (C1/C2) with a confident, assertive, and professional communication style when dealing with various project stakeholders.
Valid driver's license and the flexibility to commute to local site visits regularly.
