Danish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist
EcolabCustomer Experience Specialist managing inquiries from Danish consumers for top-tier electronics brand. Providing exceptional service and troubleshooting technical issues in a hybrid role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing incoming inquiries from Danish consumers via phone, email, and live chat
- Listening closely to user problems with smart home technology and appliances, troubleshooting technical glitches
- Logging and updating details from every customer interaction in our CRM database
- Becoming a product expert on the brand's latest innovations and values
- Engaging in fully compensated ongoing training sessions to stay sharp on new product releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Danish
- A solid professional command of English (B2 level) for corporate communication
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, with a patient, solution-focused, and customer-first mindset
- Strong computer skills, including comfort with multitasking across multiple software interfaces and learning new programs quickly
- Prior experience in call centers, customer support, retail, hospitality, or technical help desks (preferred)
