About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee critical incoming inquiries across phone networks and digital channels, upholding the brand's core foundation of security, safety, and dependability.
- Investigate multifaceted technical service issues to deliver rapid, efficient, and permanent resolutions for our commercial partners.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal Sales, Logistics, and Engineering divisions to guarantee total operational alignment and absolute data accuracy.
- Achieve a healthy balance between office collaboration and personal time with a hybrid work structure.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Absolute native or near-native mastery in both Czech and German is mandatory.
- A minimum proficiency level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) in English is required.
- A demonstrated ability to remain calm, poised, diplomatic, and courteous during peak operational surges and high-pressure customer scenarios.
- Comfort navigating advanced enterprise software applications and multitasking across multiple web-based tools simultaneously.
- Total readiness to operate within a 24/7 rotating shift framework.
