About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits
Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales
Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
Demonstrate safe equipment use
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
Availability to work overnight shifts
Provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Lifting 50 lbs
Pushing/pulling
Standing/bending/stooping
Working in confined spaces
Distinguishing color
