About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a diverse, high‑performing sales team
- Lead regional new‑business sales growth and deliver short‑ and long‑term financial results within the Institutional division
- Set clear team and individual objectives and hold teams accountable for results
- Own regional sales pipeline management using Salesforce
- Partner with Field Sales teams to drive retention and growth of Street Agreement Business and execute competitive market strategies
- Oversee customer contract movement and ensure pricing integrity within assigned geography
- Manage emerging chain strategies across the region
- Execute National Street Initiatives and ensure consistent local implementation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to execute regional strategies and initiatives
- Champion a Safety First culture with clear accountability
- Mentor and develop future sales leaders and top talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years foodservice, hospitality, or related industry sales experience
- Prior experience managing a sales team
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
