About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the bridge between technology and quality control.
Guide SAP software installations, providing expert advice and help after the system goes live.
Plan and lead in-person client workshops and specialized training lessons.
Design and organize quality management processes, including making deep technical changes to customize the system.
Write technical project files and create easy-to-follow user guides.
Team up with the sales department to bring technical knowledge to meetings with new potential clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Business Tech, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar practical trade qualification.
At least 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA as an outside advisor, an in-house expert, or a main lead user.
Excellent knowledge of SAP QM; knowing PP or PP-PI as well is a huge plus.
Strong German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) are required.
A helpful, service-focused attitude and the confidence to give advice to managers at all levels.
