About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the support team, assign tasks, and set priorities.
  • Respond to questions from users and hospital IT teams about medical imaging software.
  • Provide technical support (Level 1 and 2) for cloud systems, servers, and applications.
  • Improve support procedures to enhance customer service.
  • Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with other teams.
  • Monitor live applications and systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handle major incidents for key clients and update help documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer support (Level 1 and 2).
  • Some prior experience leading people (including remote teams).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and SQL databases.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT vocational training, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
