About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the support team, assign tasks, and set priorities.
- Respond to questions from users and hospital IT teams about medical imaging software.
- Provide technical support (Level 1 and 2) for cloud systems, servers, and applications.
- Improve support procedures to enhance customer service.
- Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with other teams.
- Monitor live applications and systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle major incidents for key clients and update help documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer support (Level 1 and 2).
- Some prior experience leading people (including remote teams).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and SQL databases.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT vocational training, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
