About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • After completing the training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory and become a trusted partner and technical advisor to your customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on water treatment, process optimization and digital water management programs to help improve operational performance, protect critical assets and support safe, efficient and sustainable customer operations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits.
  • Learn how customers’ systems operate, gaining hands-on experience with equipment, technologies and solutions used in their daily operations.
  • Support the installation, maintenance and safe operation of equipment to help customers keep their facilities fully operational.
  • Train and support customer teams to ensure they feel confident using Ecolab solutions.
  • Gradually develop the ability to identify improvement opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations and support the growth of your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing Services and Customer Service to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to Ecolab’s growth by supporting outreach activities and helping build the brand in your local market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical or scientific education (ideally in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry).
  • Interest in pursuing a career in technical, sales or service-related roles.
  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with new situations and challenges.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Minimum B1 level in English.
  • Valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and willingness to travel within your assigned district and occasionally nationwide.
  • No immigration sponsorship available.
