About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements
  • Source candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions
  • Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
  • Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Attend career fairs/recruiting events
  • Attract top entry-level talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
  • Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information
  • Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements
  • Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills
  • Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Must project poise and confidence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge and experience using Workday
