About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements
Source candidates through multiple channels
Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruitment strategies
Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions
Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
Attend career fairs/recruiting events
Attract top entry-level talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information
Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements
Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
1 year of experience in recruiting or Human Resources
Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills
Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
Must project poise and confidence
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge and experience using Workday
