About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of marketing operational activities, following guidance from the team and manager, with a focus on practical learning in the field
Provide administrative and operational support for recurring marketing tasks, ensuring organization and tracking of activities
Support the sales team with marketing materials (presentations, documents, corporate materials) in internal portals or shared platforms
Assist in monitoring (follow-up) internal processes related to marketing, such as new products, materials, registrations, and requests to other departments (e.g., Regulatory, R&D, Planning, Logistics)
Act as a point of support for communication between marketing and other company areas, helping to organize information and requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration degree
Studying in an undergraduate or technologist program during the evening; full-time students are not eligible
Availability to intern for at least 1½ to 2 years
Reside in São Paulo and/or have easy access to commute to Barra Funda
Intermediate Excel
Advanced English
Strong communication skills (including active listening) and willingness to ask questions and raise doubts
