About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers
- Provide technical support to customers and identify and resolve customer challenges
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis and interpreting data
- Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) preferred
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems preferred
