About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and identify and resolve customer challenges
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis and interpreting data
  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) preferred
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems preferred
