About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform Personnel/HR routines: hiring (admissions), terminations, vacations, payroll, and timekeeping
- Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and payroll closing
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation
- Handle statutory/legal obligations such as eSocial, DCTF, and E-CAC / Federal Revenue Service
- Provide support to employees (requests and inquiries) with clarity and quality
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Contribute to process improvements and increased operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields
- Generalist experience in Personnel/HR operations
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll and labor legislation
- Experience with statutory obligations (eSocial, DCTF, and E-CAC)
- Experience providing employee support
