Key responsibilities & impact

Spearhead end to end global supply chain planning and logistics strategy
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning
Optimize global inventory levels
Develop long-term demand and supply models
Oversee a complex global logistics network
Manage relationships with 3PL/4PL providers
Drive cost-optimization initiatives
Champion the adoption of advanced supply chain technologies
Establish and monitor Global KPIs
Mitigate global supply chain disruptions
Ensure compliance with HSE standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of Logistics and Planning experience
Strong people leadership experience
Background in chemistry or chemical supply chain
Experience in resin or specialty chemical supply chains strongly preferred
SAP Experience
Expertise in Logistics automation solutions a benefit
TPM and/or Six Sigma black belt experience
