About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts across the Spanish market.
  • Drive high renewal rates while proactively identifying needs for additional licenses, cloud services, and enterprise solutions.
  • Understand client business goals and demonstrate how our digital solutions can streamline their workflows and enhance creativity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty through regular business reviews.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline within our CRM, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media and document management to provide expert advice to your clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (C2) and a professional command of English (B2+).
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role is mandatory.
  • Experience in SaaS or the tech industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
